Our experienced, skilled staff take projects from plans and specifications to the finished building based on the conventional hard-bidding process. We have a great record of finishing projects on time and on budget. We have served as general contractor for many jobs in Alberta, including the Parkland County Building in Stony Plain and the Samson Cree Nation High School in Hobemma.
We also offer construction management services. Our 30 year history and computerized costing gives us accurate unit costs for consultation with the architect and engineers on your team. Part of our service includes organizing and administering the tendering process. Our ongoing working relationship with our subtrades ensures competitive pricing. Our construction management team has completed projects such as the Samson Administration Building and Hangar 5 at the Canadian Forces Base Edmonton.
With project management, our people take the project from concept to completion on behalf of our client. We take responsibility for the entire project, from hiring architects, engineers, and subtrades, to overseeing and implementing the plan.
