Kent is the co-founder of Marshall-Lee Construction. He and Bill Marshall started the company in 1970.

Kent received a civil engineering degree from the University of Alberta and has over 45 years experience in the construction industry.

Kent's commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction has contributed to the longevity of Marshall-Lee Construction.

Jim is project manager and secretary treasurer of the company. He has over 18 years experience and graduated from NAIT's Building Construction Engineering Technology program.

Jim is known for his excellent relationship skills with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Jim holds a Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certificate for project management and has been a director on the board of the Edmonton Construction Association.

In addition to his work as project manager, Jim oversees cost control and scheduling for the company.

Larry is a project manager who has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and "grew up on the job," working with his father who was a general contractor.

His background also includes a strong emphasis in estimating and scheduling.

His goal is to bring jobs in on budget and to the specifications.

Michael has worked for Marshall-Lee for over 14 years. He graduated from NAIT with an accounting degree.

Michael is in charge of our computer estimating and accounting systems. He is known for his excellent knowledge of the computer and is responsible for keeping Marshall-Lee on the cutting edge of new and innovative computer technology.

Michael is also responsible for our safety program.
